With COVID19 pandemic still unleashing mayhem on individuals and businesses. There is need to fashion out projects implementation activities in a way to prevent more people getting infected. However, human and capital resources are being deployed to fight the pandemic at the expense of other deadly conditions like malaria, malnutrition and hypertension. Oak Rural Health Organization now carries out the project implementation in a way to prevent the spread. Community health outreach which is our major way of reaching the unreached is being put on hold until everyone is safe to gather in masses.
Meanwhile, our project centre has been facelifted to provide more comfort to the service providers and clients. The centre now has more feature like consulting room, treatment room and side laboratory. Our project staff now conduct more home visiting and give home based services. There is community based awareness to encourage community members to patronize the project center. We are pleased to have made a huge impact with just a little percentage of our funding goal. We hope to replicate this gesture in other hard to reach settlements, with more donations from our kind hearted donors. Our combined efforts will ensure everyone is safe and healthy!
