WORKSHOPS / Audiences far from the cultural offer

Workshops conducted as part of the city contract with the "Dance with Miguel" project
Project designed by the company EN PHASE for the inhabitants of Charrel.
The aim is to offer workshops for children throughout the year which will give rise to feedback on:
- Events organised by the Community Centre
- From the Impulsion festival
- From the "dance at the Charrel" stage event organized by En Phase in the heart of the district
Concerning these workshops, we have noticed a clear increase in students, including 6 from districts other than the Charrel, which is a success from a mixed audience point of view.
WORKSHOPS / In schools
Since 2012, the company En Phase has been offering its project " From the danced conference to the creation workshop " to schools. It consists of a performance of Miguel Nosibor's creation in the form of a show followed by an exchange with the students and workshops to discover hip-hop. The workshops are scheduled directly between the schools and the En Phase company and through

Since 2022, the company has been developing collective offers for middle and high schools eligible for the Culture Pass. These offers include several formulas: dance conferences followed by workshops, a series of workshops prepared beforehand with members of the teaching staff

Since its creation, the company has been working in schools from primary to high school. We also work in training centres, IMEs, health and social centres. This year, the most significant intervention for us was the one for the Nelson Mandela school in Charrel, with whom we did more than 10 workshops as well as a restitution during our Dance at Charrel event in June 2023.

Creations
The company En Phase has been in a creative process since its creation in 2007. Five creations have completed their touring processes. The creatives listed below are only those that are currently in circulation or in creation.
® Recidivism
Miguel Nosibor started a creative project at the beginning of 2020 with his choreographer friend Tayeb Benamara. Both from the first movement of hip-hop dance and having been confronted with other styles of dance, they wanted to create a choreographic piece together between Aubagne and Tours.
This piece was born from a strong desire of these two dancers and choreographers to put themselves on stage, to create together and to use their means of communication: movement. This bodily dialogue tells the story of these two men, their journeys, their similarities and their differences.
The meeting more than 25 years ago, similar beginnings, the same desire and the same work. Then each one leads his way, unfolds his journey, on his territory. But all this work continues to nourish what was already there and strengthens it.
Today, they are two sensitive, fluid and complementary choreographic signatures.
This constantly evolving creation allows the two choreographers to assert themselves, to question themselves about their dance thanks to a total listening, a perfect understanding within this safe environment. Dance, fluidity and softness create space for moments of poetry.
After a successful premiere in November 2021, they had the honor of making 2 performances of their creation in Châteauvallon in February 2022.
® Grand Bal Hip-Hop – Show with public participation
This creation by Miguel Nosibor is an invitation to dance, launched to the population of all ages and from all walks of life to meet and dance together. An original creation that brings together professional dancers from the company EN PHASE, young amateur dancers (from the workshops) and DJ'S. It is a participatory project that invites the public to become an actor in a great modern ball, under the stars or indoors, in a friendly and festive atmosphere.
This project aims to transmit hip hop dance and the values it conveys, to bring together different audiences around dance, but also to highlight the educational aspect during creative workspaces and rehearsal workshops organized before the ball.
In 2022-2023, Le grand bal was played in: Aubagne, Gémenos, Trets, Rognes, La Penne sur Huveaune, La Ciotat, St-Etienne du Grès and Marseille
® Ma Parole Hip-Hop - Dance conference
A danced conference is, as its name suggests, halfway between dance and exchanges with the public. Miguel Nosibor presents his vision of hip hop dance, singular, touching and generous, through an excerpt from his latest creation and then invites you to discover the history of hip hop and his own approach in this artistic movement.
He then invites, between questions and answers, to an exchange with the audience, and why not, to perform a few hip hop steps...
"Starting from the known to go towards the unknown" is the motto of Miguel Nosibor/Compagnie EN PHASE.
This creation has already been offered to theatres and performance halls, to secondary school students in the Bouches du Rhône department through the educational action guide, to high school students in the PACA region through the INES scheme. She was also part of the Provence en scène program in 2021-2022.
8th edition of Impulsion Festival
Festival organized by En Phase since 2017
In 2024, the Impulsion festival made hip-hop resonate in all the windows of the city of Aubagne. From the Comoedia theater to the Espace des Libertés, from the Cinema Le Pagnol to the Arts & youth center, it is a real cultural itinerary around hip-hop that the En Phase company offers and enriches each year with new artistic proposals.
There were many of them in 2024 and gave pride of place to amateur and professional artists alike. Whether you are an actor or a spectator, young or old, able-bodied or not, you always find your place in the Impulse Festival.
Attached to its role of transmission, the festival has decided not to remain insensitive to the environmental issue and is starting a CSR approach in order to limit its ecological impact. More than a cultural vector, Impulsion is a place of exchange, respect and openness to others. The En Phase team has also put actions in place a system and communication tools to prevent sexist and sexual violences.
