e-Hub Africa will be a multi-purpose learning center in Liberia, West Africa where fully-funded training and mentorship programs would be offered to empower Africa's next generation of ethical leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators. The hub which will contain dormitories, training rooms, offices, large auditorium, a mini park, recreational spaces, cultural center, and commercial villa will be used to conduct programs that will inspire and empower at least 1,000 African youth annually.
There are very few learning hubs that provide sustainable, fully funded programs to equip African youth with essential skills (soft and life skills) and resources. In addition, declining donor support for youth capacity-building has widened this gap. As a result, many young people lack opportunities that could prevent unethical leadership, corruption, and limited innovation needed for sustainable livelihoods.
The creation of a dedicated learning hub where African youth can co-create and benefit from fully funded programs such as leadership development, apprenticeship, mentorship, and other capacity-building opportunities is an ideal solution. e-Hub Africa will serve as an incubator for nurturing the next generation of ethical leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators across the continent. In addition, the hub will include features designed to attract both local and international tourists
Annually, e-Hub Africa will empower at least 1,000 youth with ethical leadership skills, entrepreneur knowledge, and start-up grants. This will be achieved through onsite training, apprenticeship, mentorship, exhibition of products and services, networking, and a space to co-create. Additionally, e-Hub Africa will host LYFT Africa's Impact Africa Summit, one of Africa's biggest gathering of at least 1,000 youth to network, co-create, and learn from experts in diverse fields.
