We are pleased to share progress on the Empowering Young Women Through STEM initiative. Over the past phase, we successfully conducted introductory training sessions in digital literacy, coding fundamentals, and problem-solving skills for young women across our target communities.
Participation and engagement have been strong, with beneficiaries demonstrating increased confidence and enthusiasm in pursuing STEM-related opportunities. We also facilitated mentorship sessions, connecting participants with female role models in science and technology fields.
Additionally, hands-on practical exercises and group projects have helped participants apply their learning to real-world challenges, fostering teamwork and innovation.
Moving forward, the project will focus on advanced skill development, continuous mentorship, and linking participants to internships and career pathways in STEM fields.
