A New Generation of Leaders Is Rising
As our reality falls into chaos, believing in a new way of the future can be challenging — but here, at She is the Universe, we are masters at keeping believing.
Right now, the world is facing a leadership crisis.
Too often, the voices shaping our future exclude one of the most powerful groups of leaders we have: teenage girls.
Girls everywhere are filled with ideas, courage, and creativity. Yet systems built on power over continue to shrink their confidence and limit their opportunities. Research shows that girls between the ages of 8 and 14 can lose up to 30% of their confidence. For girls in communities with limited access to education, technology, or opportunity, that gap can grow even wider.
But we believe a different future is possible.
At She is the Universe, we are building a new model of leadership based on community, collaboration, and compassion where girls learn to lead together and stand confidently in their own stories. Through mentorship, storytelling, and our global community called the Girls Galaxy, girls from around the world connect, learn from each other, and build solutions for the future.
Because talent is equally distributed, but opportunities are not.
That is why every girl who joins our community receives a full scholarship to participate in all of our online programs. And when girls cannot afford internet access, we provide the technology and Wi-Fi so they can participate.
