We are pleased to share our project update on Community Sports for 1000 Youths in Rural Uganda. This initiative is focused on empowering children and young people aged 8–18 through sports and life skills development in underserved rural areas of Uganda.
Through this program, we are establishing community-based sports activities including football, netball, and volleyball. These activities are designed to provide safe play spaces, coaching, and basic sports equipment for both boys and girls, ensuring equal opportunities for participation and growth.
Beyond sports, the project integrates life skills training, leadership development, and mentorship to help young people build confidence, discipline, and positive life choices. We are also working closely with local schools to support children at risk of dropping out, encouraging them to remain in education while engaging in structured sports activities.
A key focus of the project is promoting gender equality by empowering girls through sports clubs, role models, and health education. This helps girls build confidence, stay in school, and actively participate in community life.
We kindly ask for your continued support in making this vision a reality for 1000 youth. Your contributions will help us provide equipment, coaching, safe spaces, and mentorship to transform lives through sports.
Together, we can build stronger, healthier, and more empowered communities.
With gratitude,
