For years we have been saying that the world changes so fast that planning needs to be replace by preparation. Since we don't know exactly what the future will bring -economic crisis, climate emergency, wars, technology development, etc-, we need to have the creative capacities that will allow us to face unpredictable scenarios. Our organization and team is exactly facing that kind of challenge right now.
After 10 years of working in a rented space in Rosario, Argentina, it's time to change our way of doing things. Inflations rates for the last years that averaged 50% made our financial situation incredible difficult specially when covering fixed costs, limitating our growth and reaching more children. to So we are gonna look for a more sustainable way to work with the community and youngsters without having our own physical space. This means that we will have a transition period to re-organize our work, programs and initiatives. And therefore, this program will be de-activated for the time being.
You can still support our efforts with programs that are still active, and be an ally in our transitioning to create new projects that will reach more youngsters in an innovative way. A project you can support is our Young City Makers, empowering the next generation of urban makers. Our mission and vision remains intact, and we are excited in this new chapter of our inspiring story.
We are incredible grateful for your support that help us to reach more than 1600 youngsters in the last years, and we hope you join us in this new path. Let's keep on creating the human skills we need for an unpredictable and changing world!
Thanks for all your support!
