Closing the Gap in Menstrual Health Management (MHM)
In 2025, our mission to provide comprehensive menstrual health solutions reached a significant milestone. For some girls, reusable sanitary pads are not only a sustainable alternative to disposables, they are the key to being able to complete their education. Thanks to our GlobalGiving donors, we successfully enabled thousands of schoolgirls to stay in school across our partner communities in Africa.
2025 Achievements & Impact
The success of this year was defined by the incredible generosity of our donors and the seamless integration of three core components: pad kits, underwear and education.
1. Distribution Milestone
Total Kits Completed: 10,100 full pad kits.
Total Underwear Donated: 8,300 pairs
Reach: Distributed across 5 rural school districts
2. Comprehensive Menstrual Health Education
We don't just drop off supplies; we provide knowledge. In 2025 where possible, each distribution was accompanied by a Menstrual Hygiene & Health (MHH) Workshop. These workshops cover biological facts of menstruation, kit maintenance (washing/drying), and breaking local cultural taboos.
In 2026 our goal to advance gender equity by ensuring girls never miss a day of school due to preventable barriers is as firm as ever. We remain committed to closing the education gap and improving life outcomes for every girl we serve.
