¿Qué sucedió estos meses con el proyecto?
Actualmente recaudamos USD 1,050 de 13 donantes. ¡Muchas gracias a todos!
Con ese dinero, seguimos brindando capacitación en diferentes proyectos. Uno de ellos es Mujeres Impulsando su Negocio, un estudio internacional en colaboración con el Banco Mundial en el cual queremos medir 2 variables:
1- Medir el nivel de disposición a pagar por la capacitación.
2- Si este pago tiene injerencia en los cambios que ella hace en su negocio y tasa de deserción.
Este programa tiene 222 mujeres graduadas que recibieron 60 horas de capacitación (18 hs de Iniciativa Personal + 42 hs de Habilidades Empresariales), y muchas de ellas fueron vinculadas a diferentes instituciones públicas y privadas para que puedan cubrir necesidades de sus negocios.
Un caso de éxito de este programa son Naima y María Eugenia Romero, fundadoras de la empresa Imala Joyeras.
Madre e hija tomaron la capacitación de Mujeres Impulsando su Negocio en julio 2019 y a partir de la capacitación comenzaron a darle forma a su proyecto. Hoy, a 8 meses de haber tomado la capacitación en CREA, ya compraron maquinaria y tienen un taller en funcionamiento, abrieron su página de facebook, participan de bazares y tienen un lugar fijo en el Mercado de Coyoacán.
¿Qué necesidades tenemos?
Con tu aporte podemos llegar a comunidades que tienen un acceso restringido a servicios de capacitación y profesionalización de sus negocios.
Cada mujer recibe 8 manuales en cada capacitación. Uno de Iniciativa Personal y 7 de Habilidades Empresariales: 1. Costos, 2. Precios, 3. Mercadotecnia, 4. Producción y Organización, 5. Estrategias de venta, 7. Plan de negocios
Una de nuestras necesidades particulares que podemos cubrir gracias a tu aporte es poder darle a cada mujer los 8 manuales para que complemente la adquisición de conocimientos durante la capacitación.
Estos manuales son muy importantes porque permiten a las mujeres incorporar el conocimiento que su entrenador comparte con ellas y convertirse en un compañero diario en su camino para implementar oportunidades en sus negocios.
What happened these months with the project?
We currently raise USD 1,050 from 13 donors. Thank you very much to all!
With that money, we continue to provide training in different projects. One of them is “Mujeres Impulsando Su Negocio”, an international study in collaboration with the World Bank in which we want to measure 2 variables:
1- Measure the level of willingness to pay for training.
2- If this payment has interference in the changes she makes in her business and attrition rate.
This program has 222 women graduates who received 60 hours of training (18 hours of Personal Initiative + 42 hours of Business Skills), and many of them were linked to different public and private institutions so they can meet their business needs.

Mother and daughter took the training of “Mujeres Impulsando Su Negocio” in July 2019 and from the training they began to shape their project. Today, 8 months after taking the training at CREA, they already bought machinery and have a store in operation, they opened their Facebook page, they participate in marketing bazaars and they have a fixed place in the Coyoacán Market.
What needs do we have?
With your contribution, we can reach communities that have restricted access to training and professionalization services for their businesses.
Each woman is given 8 manuals in each training. One of Personal Initiative and 7 of Business Skills: 1. Costs, 2. Prices, 3. Marketing, 4. Production and Organization, 5. Sales strategies, 7. Business plan
One of our particular needs that we can meet thanks to your contribution is to be able to give each woman the 8 manuals to complement the acquisition of knowledge during their training.
These manuals are very important because they allow women to incorporate the knowledge that their trainer shares with them, and become a day to day companion in their path to implementing changes in their business.
