1. Project Progress
Angels Palace Organisation continues to advocate for inclusive education and equal opportunities for children with disabilities in rural Chegutu.
During 2026, the organisation continued its broader educational support and mentorship programmes for vulnerable children. The August Mentorship Camp and Sports Day promoted personal development, teamwork and community participation, reinforcing the importance of inclusion and equal opportunities for all children.
2. Upcoming Christmas Drive
On 12 December 2026, Angels Palace will host its annual Christmas Drive to support orphans and vulnerable children, children with albinism and children with disabilities.
The organisation is mobilising donations of clothes, shoes, stationery, school supplies, toiletries, toys and food to bring joy and dignity to children during the festive season.
The event will also provide an opportunity to raise awareness about the needs of children with disabilities and encourage continued support for their education and inclusion.
3. Funding Status and Challenges
Angels Palace has not yet received funding through GlobalGiving for this project. Limited resources continue to affect the organisation's ability to provide educational materials, specialised learning support and other essential assistance to children with disabilities.
Despite these challenges, the organisation remains committed to supporting vulnerable children through community programmes, partnerships and donor mobilisation.
4. Next Steps
Angels Palace aims to:
Reach more children with disabilities through educational support.
Mobilise donations for the Christmas Drive.
Strengthen partnerships with donors and schools.
Seek funding for accessible learning materials and other educational needs.
