Report on Education Achievements at Manavya

 Educational aspiration have always been different for every individual child. Manavya has always believed to fulfill the educational dreams of the children. With our constant support in the field of education the children have grown up to be respectable citizen. Few of which have now been able even get a job and are now living a dignified life achievements.

The children at Manavya have now got an opportunity to explore newer territory in form of getting jobs in various strata. Many kind hearted people came forward to provide them with jobs in their ventures. This helped the children to get a pragmatic view of the socio economic system. The children will yet be under the guidance and care of Manavya. Manavya has made a policy that the earnings of the children will be deposited in their Bank A/cs. This is an arrangement that Manavya is making to secure the future of the children once they go out. This is dream come through for Manavya where we now reap the fruit of whatever we have sown. Looking at these children being so confident gives us immense pleasure and we proudly see our up brings being cultivated in the society

• Children at Pabal have been placed at various organization where they are performing the jobs of solar mechanics, electrician and welding.

• The girls from Mahindra Pride are also placed, where Sapna got an opportunity to work in her field of interest in the hotel industry.

• Karan and Abhishek will no sooner will be placed as automobile mechanic through Don Bosco where they will get to work with big giants like SKF

• Komal who is pursuing a training from a leading institute in Banking back office job will be placed by November in a job and she is in process of giving interviews.

Vocational training was that has been identified for the children has placement opportunities provided by the institutes the children have been enrolled, as a result on completion of the program and according to their merits the children are provided with job on the basis of the program they have completed.

Other educational achievements:

Writing which is very important was capitalized by one of our volunteer when he conducted a workshop on writing. He taught how an individual can improve his or her writing and concepts of creative writing.   

Medical workshop was conducted by MBBS students of AFMC College who introduced the children to the concepts of health and hygiene. This educational program helped the children to opt for a lifestyle which would help them have a fruitful and complacent life.

Cipla a renowned name in the field of medicines felicitated our outstanding performers for the year and they came forward with cash sponsorship for these children.
