Newer Ways for success

This quarter was a treasure of fun, entertainment and seeking knowledge through various informal activities.  And also outcome/ results of the annual hard work and overall invested on their academics. It’s a starting of new chapter of career standing on their edge of transformation and hoping for the best to happen in the future after passing 10th and 12th examinations with satisfactory percentages. Our 3 girls Sapna, Komal and Komal passed their 12th examination and Komal , Poornima , Moni, Anjali , Shilpa, Karan , Ashish , Mayur passed their 10th board with satisfied marks.

Educational Options worked for our children this year were customized according to the aptitude and likings of the child. Skill development programs is what we emphasize as this helps the children to procure job immediately on successful completion of the course

Education Avenues opened for our children:

Don Bosco Technical Institute: A program catering to the inherent technical skill. The children that have been send for these program are the once who may not be academically very sound but have an approach of solving every problem through technology. The program is followed by placing the children in job after 6 months.

Mahindra Pride Institute: An institute which has number many programs listed with them has come to provide our children with vocational courses like Retail Management, Hotel Management etc. Sapna who always wanted to achieve something in the culinary field has been enrolled for the hotel management program which will be followed by a job in hospitality sector.

Vigyan Ashram: There no better learning then practically doing the things you want learn. With this aim Vigyan Ashram has been established. They have designed a program which helps the children learn from the surroundings. During this program the children are exposed to learn and earn scheme. This programs bring an overall development of each child.

MCVC (Minimum Competency Vocational Courses): Government recognized vocational program which have ample of options has been selected for few of our competent children. Sushma, Anjali and Sangram have been admitted in MCVC curriculum. All these children have a penchant for pursuing a career in electronics. They are have also completed a short course from Kohinoor Technical Institute. It was based on the successful completion of this program that we have decided them to enroll for higher electronics program.   

 Other activities of the children at Manavya

 Science make life easy its play very important role in defense sector. Our all children visited to 5th Bharatiya Vigyan Sammelan & Expo. On 11 & 12 may 2017 at Ferguson college ground. Many types of machines, gun, bomb, using by Navy, army & air force saw at expo. And also demonstration given by the scientist. The children saw the confluence of Science and Traditional/Modern weapons used in the battlefield.

 10th and 12th performers were rewarded for their outstanding performance by renowned pharmaceutical company Cipla. This happen be to a motivational factor for the next batch of children as they have decided to award our children every year.
