Report – Empowerment Through Education

We are herewith sharing you the activity report for this period. Still due to this uncertain situation children are staying safe inside the home. No schools and collages are open yet. Hence, we are trying to engage them in the various activities.

• Few updates on Academics – One of our NGO partner “Seva Sahyog” foundation has introduced us a concept of “Door Step Schooling”. In the collaboration of Seva Sahyog Foundation we have started to give children through this door step schooling. Children from 7 to 12 years are the participants in this session. This session is beneficial to increase reading skills, writing skills, Marathi as well as English vocabulary, Recitation amongst the children. It is not only developing the skillset of the children but also developed the habit of sitting on one place for an hour for a particular activity. This is very important for their mental growth.

•  Calligraphy Workshop -

During this period children attended an online Calligraphy workshop for 1 week. Calligraphy is a virtual art related to witting technique which enhance the ability to write words in a skillful manner. It also helps to increase one stroke writing skill among the children. We call expertise to conduct this workshop for the children. Along with the children one of our board of trustee also participated in this workshop of the photos of workshops are as below.

•  Drawing Competation -

• In order to stimulate the interest of the children we organised drawing & painting competation for them.  30 children were participated in the competation. The children draw very nice and meaningful pictures.

 Some Fun Movements...!

•  Treaking -  

Various activities are carried out in the institute keeping in veiw the objective of holistic development of children. We started weekly treaking activity to the nearby area of Manavya Gokul Bhugaon. Children feel relax and fresh in nature.Children play bandminton, cricket , running games there. They do fun activity on weekends in thrice a week.

•  Event During the period

  24^th Foundation Day – We have celebrated our 24^th Foundation on 20 June 2021. The program was organized virtually on zoom and live on Facebook for all our beloved guest and supporters. Total 80 to 120 guest was present on zoom and live on Facebook. The response was as per our expectation. Children were presented very nice dance performances. ARISE, the team of entrepreneur development program was given a nice guidance to our children about the business development tactics, skills to be enhance to grow the business etc. All the children, participants were enjoyed the program very well.
