Empower women through education!

We started the year by welcoming our 45 active scholarship holders at the Spring-Summer 2023 semester start event. We had the participation of our founder, Mrs. Yolanda Lozano, who shared some emotional words towards the scholars, reminding us a little of her history and how CORDEM was born. It is a great honor to have her in this event and that the entire community can share unforgettable moments!

We also had the presence of our entire team (operational and therapeutical), who participated in an integration activity designed by one of the therapeutic groups: Transformation D. This as part of a new dynamic that enhances the participation of the scholars in the planning and management of internal events!

During these 22 years, we have known the story of many wonderful women. To this day, more than 256 have managed to complete their professional studies through our Comprehensive Scholarship Program, and we continue driving stories of resilient women that are committed to themselves and their community!

All of this has been possible thanks to the invaluable collaboration of our network of benefactors, who have believed and supported our work. Our goal in 2023 is to promote more than 60 women in our Comprehensive Scholarship Program, and we would like to achieve it with you!

Let us remember that investing in the empowerment of women has a direct impact on the development of societies: all people can be part of the change, and contribute to a more equitable, just and dignified world.

Iniciamos el año dando la bienvenida a nuestras 45 becarias activas en el evento de inicio del semestre Primavera-Verano 2023. Contamos con la participación de nuestra fundadora la Sra. Yolanda Lozano, quien compartió unas emotivas palabras hacia las becarias, recordándonos un poco de su historia y de cómo nació CORDEM. ¡Es un gran honor tenerla en este evento y que toda la comunidad pueda compartir momentos inolvidables!

También contamos con la presencia de todo el equipo CORDEM, quienes participamos de una actividad de integración propuesta por uno de los grupos terapéuticos: Transformación D. Esto es resultado de una iniciativa que promueve una mayor participación por parte de las becarias en la planificación y gestión de eventos internos.

Durante estos 22 años, hemos conocido y formado parte de la historia de muchísimas mujeres maravillosas. De ellas, más de 256 han logrado concluir sus estudios profesionales a través de nuestro Programa Integral de Becas, ¡y continuamos impulsando historias de mujeres resilientes, comprometidas a diario consigo mismas y su comunidad!

Todo esto ha sido posible gracias a la invaluable colaboración de nuestra red de benefactores, quienes han creído y apostado por nuestra labor. Nuestra meta para este 2023 es atender a más de 60 mujeres en nuestro Programa Integral de Becas, ¡y quisiéramos lograrlo contigo!

Recordemos que invertir en el empoderamiento de las mujeres tiene un impacto directo en el desarrollo de las sociedades: todas las personas podemos formar parte del cambio, y sumar a un mundo más equitativo, justo y digno.
