Janki Bai ( name changed ) faced the challenges of low income with maize cultivation. She needed a chance to support her family and improve her livelihood.
She associated with the Seva Mandir in 2019. With Seva Mandir's guidance and seeds provided, instead of cultivating Maize which wasnt giving much profit, she planted 200 marigold saplings in a small patch of her land alongside the traditional Maize crop. Her income surged to INR15,000 in first season, boosting her confidence in this new venture to today earning up to INR60,000.
Her story is not just about agriculture but empowerment. She and her family have found financial stability, proving that determination and support make change possible. Even a modest donation of $100 can make a significant difference, creating a ripple of positive change in their communities.
Thank you for your dedication and support. Together, we can continue to make a lasting difference in the lives of women farmer in rural Rajasthan."
