"We feel so grateful to have found a place where Mila is truly seen and thriving in just a matter of weeks. For the first time, we haven’t received calls from the school about Mila not interacting or communicating. In 4th grade, at her public school, she was hiding under her desk to avoid talking. By 5th grade, her teacher suggested a 504 Plan. A lot has changed since then, and transitioning to private school has been a true gift for our family!"

Axis is dedicated to transforming the educational landscape for underrepresented students of color by creating pathways to world-class independent schools. Our proven model empowers students to thrive both academically and socially, unlocking opportunities that create lasting, generational change for families and communities.
Our Impact at a Glance:
Currently, we are guiding 50 families through the admissions process. All have applied to their schools and eagerly await decisions in March. We couldn’t be more excited for our new families and the incredible contributions they will bring to their schools!
