Dear Donors,
We sincerely thank you for your interest in the Empower Rural Kitchens with Clean, Safe Cookstoves project. At this time, no donations have been received, so the planned distribution of clean cookstoves has not yet begun.
Across many rural communities in Nigeria, families continue to rely on traditional cooking methods that produce heavy smoke. This exposes women and children to serious health risks, including respiratory illness and burns.
In addition to health concerns, families spend long hours gathering firewood or money on fuel, which places extra strain on already limited resources.
This project is designed to provide clean, fuel-efficient cookstoves to rural households, helping reduce smoke exposure and improve safety in the home. Training will also be provided to ensure proper use and maintenance, supporting long-term adoption.
With the right support, families can cook in safer conditions, reduce health risks, and lower daily fuel costs.
We appreciate your time in learning about this effort and remain hopeful that support will come so this project can begin and reach households in need of safer cooking solutions.
Thank you for your kindness and continued support.
Sincerely,
Ugbede-Ojo Dominic Kadiri
