Empower Poor and Vulnerable Children Through Educa

Message from the Executive Director 

Greetings to you all our donors and friends who have walked with us all through thin and thick. On behalf of Blessed Echoes Children Alliance and on my own behalf I would like to congratulate each and every member of the Board of Directors for the commendable job that has kept our afloat. I pray that you continue to depict the same spirit in the years to come.

MISSION 

To work in a holistic manner towards improving the quality of life through interventions that reduce vulnerability to illiteracy, ignorance, poverty, disease, hunger, environmental degradation and gross abuse of human rights.

BACK GROUND 

Blessed Echoes Children Alliance believes in education for all and this can be achieved by making it affordable to every child school going age. Blessed Echoes Children Alliance will continue to provide school fees, learning materials to more than 500 underprivileged children especially girls of rural areas of our community.

THE YEAR 2024

Blessed Echoes Children Alliance has continued to persue the same mission and objectives of our organization throughout the year.

CHALLENGES 

We could have achieved in fulfilling our objectives of reaching out to more than 500 children with the necessary support but our meagre resources could not allow us to achieve as planned.

GLOBALGIVING 

Blessed Echoes Children Alliance in its persuit to raise more funds, we were invited throughout the year to participate in the three categories of fundraising, namely, Little By Little, July Bonus and the 3rd December fundraising campaigns. We would like to express our appreciation to our partners GlobalGiving International the opportunity to fundraise through their platform that enabled us to to raise $812 from 12 donors by 31st December 2024.

BANK ACCOUNT 

Due to unavoidable circumstances on our side, the said funds have not been disbursed to us because we had not updated our our bank details in time. However, on a good note, rectified the bank account challenge and we have provided the right information to GlobalGiving International for the disbursement of the funds.

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION 

Due to the delay of the provision of the banking details, the projects could not be implemented during the period ending 31st December 2024. However, immediately after the funds have been disbursed to us, we will implement the projects as indicated on our dashboard. We would like to sincerely apologize for the delay.

APPRECIATION 

We would like to express our appreciation to all donors for the donations they have extended to Blessed Echoes Children Alliance and request that you continue to support our cause in the future and also share this information with your friends and relatives. Your donations are going to make a big impact in our community and we will share our reports with you.

Blessed Echoes Children Alliance participated in the recent campagn on GlobalGiving platform to raise funds to " Empower Poor and Vulnerable Children Through Educa" attracted 9 donations that totaled to $ 80.00 and on 31st July 2024, GlobalGiving disbursed $ 69.50 to our account.

After the disbursemnet, our bank experienced some technical problems and the funds were returned back to GlobalGiving account in the USA. When those issues were reliased, Blessed Echoes Children Alliance management decided to open up another bank account in a different bank to enable the smooth transfer of the funds. This challenge has some how delayed the commencement of the implementation of the project.

However, we are working so hard and as fast as possile to rectify the problem and very soon we will be providing other bank details to GlobalGiving to enable them tranasfer the said funds to our new bank account and we will keep our donors infrmed in the subsequent report.

Blessed Echoes Children Alliance would like to express thier gratitude to all our donors who have appreciated our need and donated to our cause. Though we did not meet our targegt, we hope that our present donors together with other donors who will be touched to support us, will donate more in the upcoming December 3rd Giving Tuesday campaign to complete the project because there is great need to complete the project.

As soon as the funds reach our bank account, we will provide our donors more information about the project and we thank you so much for your patience and understanding of our current challenge.
