Thank you for your interest in supporting the next generation of peacebuilders and democratic leaders in Liberia through Gbowee Peace Foundation Africa's scholarship program.
In honor of the 10 year anniversary of our founder Leymah Gbowee being awarded the Nobel Peace Prize, we have launched the Dollar for Peace campaign. We aim to raise $1 million to support the education of Liberia's young people. We currently support 110 students through scholarships, and our hope is to double the number of scholarships we can offer each year. We also invest in a network of partnership schools so that schools can improve infrastructure, teacher training and the quality of education that is available across Liberia.
