Karin Community Initiative Uganda (KCIU) initiated the Solar Energy Light project to provide reliable and sustainable energy solutions for Agonga and Unyama Clinics. The project aims to improve healthcare delivery by ensuring an uninterrupted power supply.
Preliminary site assessment has been done at Karin Medical center clinics in Agonga and Unyama to determine the energy needs and optimal locations for solar panel installations.
With only $73 raised, we are far from reaching the required $25,000, limiting our ability to procure and install the necessary solar equipment. Hence, we have had to delay the procurement and installation phases of the project. This also means that there is no consistent electricity for lighting, medical equipment, and essential healthcare services at both clinics.
To move forward, we urgently need additional contributions to reach our $25,000 goal. We invite donors and partners to contribute to this impactful project. Your support is crucial in ensuring that the clinics receive the reliable power they need to provide quality healthcare services.
