The Connecting Project is a public-private initiative between the Ministry of Education Public and the Quirós Tanzi Foundation. Its purpose is to reduce the digital social gap through the integration of technology, as a tool for learning. It has several strategies to achieve this end, and all have been developed in person for 9 years.
The project had to be transformed to respond to this new context of COVID-19, this is why the Connecting Online strategy has been implemented since March, whose objective is to meet the educational needs of the beneficiary population of the Project Connecting and extending support to more teachers, families and children, through dissemination of digital resources and virtual learning spaces.
