Girls deserve to see themselves as innovators, leaders, and changemakers. This project provides mentorship, role models, and handson STEM experiences for girls nationwide during Women's History Month, opening doors to futures they may not yet imagine.
Girls, especially those underrepresented in STEM-lack access to inclusive programs, trained educators, and visible women role models. Opportunities vary widely by geography and resources. Without strong networks connecting schools, programs, and mentors, too many girls miss out on the support they need to see themselves in STEM.
NGCP will activate its national network during Women's History Month to expand access to inclusive STEM opportunities. We connect girls with diverse women role models, equip educators with research-based resources, support local programs, and unite partners across sectors to strengthen the entire ecosystem that surrounds girls in STEM.
By strengthening educators, programs, and partnerships, this project expands high-quality STEM opportunities for girls nationwide. Girls gain confidence, belonging, and access to role models. Communities gain stronger STEM ecosystems. Over time, more girls pursue STEM pathways, helping build a diverse, innovative workforce for the future.
