Our campaign theme for  the year 2021 is 'RUN FOR GIRLS'. The idea was to create several charity runs/ events with the aim of raising funds that are meant to empower girls through education and leadership: but more so to ensure that many under privelaged girls have the pleasure of attending school without the worry of school fees. In addition, we aim to target as many of the teenage moms we have been working with to ensure they too get an equal opportunity at resuming their schooling.

We started the year with a bang. For her birthday, our director made the decision to dedicate her special day to many under privellaged girls by leading our first 'Run For Girls' marathon. The first marathon was meant to raise  funds that would provided dignity packs to girls. Each pack contains hygiene products including; sanitary towels, underwears, soap and so on.This was meant to coution the girls as they prepared to re open school, in hope that they would do so with no #periodshame.

After the first marathon we were able to patner with a local rotaract club that are advocating for a similar cause as we are, as they were impressed by our fundraising approach.

However, due to recent closure of counties and enforcement of more restricted covid19 rules, we have had to post pone some marathons in accordance to the law. We however hope to be able to reach more people through our online platforms to help us empower our girls.

As the schools are currently closed and the major counties we work in are facing a lock down similar to the one imposed in 2020, we intend to refocus our attention to the 'Linda Binti' initative. This is in hope of ensuring we do not have more cases of teenage pregnancies as previously observed.

We are greatful to all our donors and well wishers who continually support us in mission to protect, empower and up lift the girl child: tomorrow's leaders.
