Overview
The Empower and Employ Program is a youth-focused initiative designed to support marginalized young people in Southeastern Nigeria through structured learning in personal development, career readiness, entrepreneurship, and digital literacy. With the help of mentorship and community support, the program has equipped youth with critical life and employability skills. As we conclude this phase of the program, we reflect on the milestones achieved and the strong foundation it has laid for future interventions.

To gain deeper insight into the evolving needs of our youth community, we launched the Technology Needs & Preferences Survey.

As the program enters a temporary pause, we express deep gratitude to all the partners, supporters, mentors, and youth who have made this journey impactful. We are excited to carry forward the momentum into our upcoming project the Mighty X Tech 4 Impact Challenge which builds on the vision of innovation, empowerment, and sustainable livelihoods for youth.
