Overview
This report highlights the impact of our Empower and Employ program, designed to uplift marginalized youth in Southeastern Nigeria. By integrating personal growth, career development, mindset training, and digital skills acquisition, the program provides tools to create sustainable livelihoods through wage jobs, gig opportunities, and entrepreneurship. Additionally, mentorship fosters civic engagement and leadership, empowering youth to break free from poverty.
Achievements Since the Last Report
Success Story Grace, a participant in the Empower and Employ program, secured a paid apprenticeship as a Virtual Assistant, transforming her passion into a career.
