Hello everyone! We hope this message finds everyone well and healthy. We at Until There’s A Cure would like to give another update on our current project - Empower, Embrace, Educate. Thank you to everyone who has supported our fundraiser thus far! Fundraising for our current project allows us to help artisans all over different parts of Africa provide for themselves and for their families.
We are still very far from our goal however, over the past month we have been able to buy some beautiful handmade items directly from these artisans. Purchases directly impact the makers, many of whom are HIV+. Now more than ever, It is crucial that we reach our $2,000 goal as COVID-19 has put a disruption in HIV testing and treatment leading to a spike in HIV cases especially in Africa.
As you can see, we work very closely to empower those who are most impacted by HIV/AIDS. By donating to our project and getting us closer to our goal, you are allowing us to continue to work with many of these vulnerable populations.
