Title: No Child Should Have to Learn on an Empty Stomach

Greetings from Gaba Hope for Kids.

Our mission is to empower and educate unprivileged children.

In our community, many children walk to school hungry. They sit in class with empty stomachs. They cannot concentrate, they feel weak, and some fall asleep in class. Some stay home because there is no food at home and no food at school.

No child should have to learn on an empty stomach.

The Reality:

- Children come to our learning space without having eaten
- Parents struggle to provide even one meal a day
- Girls are more affected, they miss school and lose strength
- Hunger makes children drop out early

Our Solution:

We want to provide a simple school meal to keep children in class and ready to learn.

What we provide:

- A daily cup of porridge for learners
- Clean drinking water
- A safe place to eat and rest
- Health talks on nutrition and hygiene
- Learning continues after the meal with books and mentorship

Impact:

- Children stay in school the whole day
- Better concentration and participation in class
- Improved health and energy
- Girls attend school more regularly
- Parents are encouraged to send children to school

How You Can Help:

- Support daily porridge for a child
- Provide maize flour, sugar, cups and cooking materials
- Support clean water and firewood
- Provide any food items you can share
- Volunteer to help during meal times
