Title: Supporting Schools With the Essentials Girls Need for Menstrual Hygiene

1. Introduction
Our mission is to empower and educate unprivileged children.

In many schools, girls miss 3 to 5 days every month because they lack pads, underwear, soap, and clean water. Without these essentials, they stay home, fall behind, and many eventually drop out.

2. The Problem
- Girls lack sanitary pads and underwear
- Schools lack clean water, soap, and private washrooms
- Girls lack information on menstrual health
- Stigma and shame keep girls silent

3. Our Solution
We work directly with schools to provide the essentials girls need to stay in class with dignity.

What we provide:
- Reusable and disposable sanitary pads
- Underwear and soap
- Buckets, basins and water storage for washing
- Private changing space support
- Menstrual health education for girls and boys
- Training teachers to support girls

4. Activities
- School visits and health talks
- Distribution of dignity kits
- Training in making reusable pads
- Mentorship and counseling
- Follow-up to track attendance

5. Impact
- Girls stay in school every day of the month
- Improved confidence and participation
- Reduced stigma around menstruation
