*BACKGROUND*
- Many children drop out due to poverty
- Return to school without uniform, books = shame
- We help them return with dignity

*OBJECTIVES*
- Restore dignity through uniform & shoes
- Restore dignity through books & fees
- Restore dignity through food & shelter
- Restore dignity through counseling

*ACTIVITIES DONE*
- Uniforms, shoes & books to 150 children to return with pride
- School fees paid for 45 children to return with head high
- Daily meals to 200+ children - no child learns hungry
- Shelter for 12 homeless children
- Counseling & home visits to 60 families - restoring self-worth

*ACHIEVEMENTS*
- 520+ children back in school with dignity
- No more shame in class
- Better confidence & attendance
- Improved performance
- Parents & community restored hope

*CHALLENGES*
- Many children still waiting to return with dignity - limited funds
- Food not enough for all 520 daily
- No own premises - renting
- Rising cost of uniforms & fees
- Few staff & transport

*WAY FORWARD*
- Raise funds for own classrooms - permanent dignity
- Provide full dignity package to all 520: uniform, books, meals
- Start income-generating project
- Build partnerships
- Keep transparent reporting
