*BACKGROUND*
- Poverty pushes children out of school
- Many lose hope early
- Our work keeps them in class & protects hope
*OBJECTIVES*
- Keep children in school
- Provide fees & materials
- Provide food to learn well
- Protect hope through counseling
*ACTIVITIES DONE*
- Scholastic materials to 150 children
- School fees for 45 most vulnerable
- Daily feeding to 200+ children
- Shelter for 12 homeless children
- Mentorship & counseling weekly
- Home visits to 60 families
*ACHIEVEMENTS*
- 520+ children kept in school
- Improved attendance
- Better performance
- Reduced street idleness
- Hope restored in many families
*CHALLENGES*
- Limited funds
- Food not enough for all
- No own classrooms - rented space
- High costs of fees
- Few staff & transport
*WAY FORWARD*
- Keep fundraising for permanent classrooms
- Expand feeding to all 520
- Start income-generating project
