Title: Collaborating With Community Health Workers To Save Girls
Theme: Health Honored, Presence Guarded, Futures Protected Because Girls Need Care And Classrooms To Survive at Gaba Hope for Kids

Collaborating with community health workers to save girls. Since 2021 we have walked beside girls whose health was treated as secret, whose bodies were taught through fear, and whose futures were traded before they understood their worth. We have learned this truth: a girl cannot learn if her health is failing, and her health cannot be safe if myths speak louder than facts. Collaborating with community health workers to save girls means we bring truth to the gate, care to the classroom, and protection to every choice girls make.

How Collaboration Saves Girls
Collaboration Guards Presence By Meeting Health At The Gate: Illness, myths about bodies, and silence keep girls home while lessons continue without them. Collaborating with community health workers to save girls means nurses and mentors meet girls with checkups, truth, and nourishment so absence does not become the lesson. Presence guarded means girls arrive because health was protected first.
Collaboration Restores Dignity By Replacing Shame With Truth: Silence teaches girls to hide pain and questions about growth, hygiene, and safety. Collaborating with community health workers to save girls means health workers teach facts with respect in language girls trust. Dignity restored means girls lift their eyes because their bodies are honored, not hidden.
Collaboration Builds Belonging By Creating Safe Spaces: Girls suffering in secret believe they are alone and forgotten. Collaborating with community health workers to save girls means safe rooms where questions are welcome and names are known. Belonging built means girls learn they are remembered and cared for by many.
Collaboration Holds Choice By Protecting Girls From Harm: Early marriage, labor, and myths about marriage as cure trade books for risk when families stand alone. Collaborating with community health workers to save girls means health workers stand with guardians to show education protects health. Choice held means girls write their own tomorrow because care refused to let fear decide.

What Collaboration Looks Like Daily
Health Workers Teach Before Myths Take Root: Lessons on hygiene, nutrition, and growth come before whispers do. Collaborating with community health workers to save girls means truth arrives early.
Mentors And Nurses Watch Together: A teacher notices absence, a nurse finds the cause, and both walk together to the home. Collaborating with community health workers to save girls means no girl is lost between school and clinic.
Girls Learn To Speak For Their Bodies: Questions asked in safe rooms become confidence carried to classrooms. Collaborating with community health workers to save girls means voice found.
Families Choose School Because Health Is Kept: Guardians see care at school and choose books over vows or labor. Collaborating with community health workers to save girls means homes lifted.

What Girls, Health Workers, And Guardians Say When We Collaborate
“I Learned My Body Is Not Shame”: Girls say health lessons replaced fear with facts. Collaborating with community health workers to save girls means dignity restored.
“Our Girls Stay Because Health Is At School”: Health workers say girls remain students when care meets them at the gate. Collaborating with community health workers to save girls means presence kept.
“Our Daughter Is Safe Because You Came Together”: Guardians say collaboration gave courage to choose education when tradition demanded marriage. Collaborating with community health workers to save girls means choice held.
“One Girl Healthy And In School Becomes Shelter For Many”: A girl taught health grows to protect sisters and neighbors from harm. Collaborating with community health workers to save girls means many futures guarded later.

Why Collaboration Cannot Wait
Health And Childhood Move Each Day: Bodies grow, risks rise, and myths travel fast. Collaborating with community health workers to save girls must happen now because girls do not pause growth between crises. Now means futures not postponed.
Collaboration Outruns Quiet Harm: Illness, shame, early marriage, and labor take girls without noise while communities look away. Collaborating with community health workers to save girls means care and teaching move faster than loss. Many working means hope arrives before harm settles.
Generosity Is Measured In Girls Saved Whole: We do not count what is given. We count girls whose health was protected, whose dignity was restored, whose belonging was built, whose choice was held because you collaborated with us. Your support is the reason girls survive and learn.

Closing
Collaborating with community health workers to save girls. Because you support presence, we guard girls at the gate with health and welcome. Because you protect dignity, we teach truth about bodies with respect until shame loses. Because you build belonging, we create safe spaces where every girl is known and remembered. Because you hold choice open, we stand with families when fear and tradition demand vows instead of school.

Thank you for collaborating with us. Thank you for being the breath, the meal, the book, the seat, the health check, the name called that says: your body is worthy, your health matters, your future will be guarded.

Every girl saved through collaboration becomes a future protected. Every future protected becomes proof that when health workers and mentors work together, girls are saved and hope is defended.

From every girl whose health and future hang in the balance today — collaborate with us. Collaborating with community health workers to save girls so her future becomes a future built.
