*Report to our Supporters: Term Opening Update*
*Date:* 25th May 2026

Dear Valued Supporters,

We are pleased to inform you that the new school term has officially opened, and we are grateful for your continued support that makes this possible.

*1. Term Opening Summary*
The term began on schedule, with students returning to classes in high spirits. Enrollment numbers have increased compared to last term, reflecting growing trust in our programs. Teaching and support staff reported for duty on time, and all classrooms, dormitories, and learning materials were prepared in advance.

*2. Key Activities in the First Week*
- *Student Registration & Orientation:* New and returning students completed registration smoothly. Orientation sessions were held to welcome new learners and remind all students of school policies and expectations.
- *Academic Resumption:* Lessons started immediately after orientation, with teachers focusing on reviewing last term’s work before introducing new topics.
- *Health & Safety Checks:* We conducted a general health and sanitation review across the school to ensure a safe learning environment.

*3. Impact of Your Support*
Because of your donations and partnership, we were able to:
- Provide learning materials and uniforms for vulnerable students
- Ensure meals are available for all children during school hours
- Maintain facilities and water/sanitation systems in working condition

Your support directly enables these children to learn in a safe and supportive environment.

*4. Needs for This Term*
To sustain smooth operations this term, we are focusing on:
- Restocking learning materials and textbooks
- Supporting additional vulnerable learners who joined this term
- Maintaining nutrition programs for students

Scholarships

*5. Closing Note*
We thank you for standing with us and investing in these children’s future. Your generosity gives them not only an education but also hope and stability. We will keep you updated with progress and success stories throughout the term.

With gratitude,
GABA HOPE FOR KIDS
