We are pleased to provide an update on the ongoing development of the toilet facility at Mafi-Kpeyibor D/A Basic School, part of the "Empower a Child Through Education in Rural Ghana" initiative. This project aims to enhance the learning environment by improving essential sanitation infrastructure, thereby promoting health and well-being among students.
Currently, significant progress has been made on the construction site. The block works for the manhole have been successfully completed, and the concrete casting has been poured and set, ensuring a solid foundation for the facility. Following this, the construction team has begun laying blocks to raise the walls, marking a critical phase in erecting the structure.
This modern toilet facility will provide much-needed sanitary amenities to the school, addressing both hygiene and comfort for the children. Access to proper sanitation is crucial in fostering a safe and conducive educational atmosphere, reducing absenteeism, and promoting overall community health.
As the construction advances, we remain committed to delivering a facility that meets high standards of quality and durability. The continued support and collaboration of all stakeholders are vital to the successful completion of this project.
We look forward to sharing further updates as the work progresses and ultimately celebrating the positive impact this facility will have on the students and the broader community.
