Dear Donor,
Thanks to your continued support, we’ve made incredible strides in transforming education in Ecuador.
Over the past year, we’ve graduated 60 new Líderes Educativos Transformacionales (LETs)—a group of committed teachers and school authorities working across Pichincha, Tungurahua, and Azuay in the Ecuadorian highlands. Together, they’ve reached over 40,000 students in both rural and urban communities.
And here’s what truly inspires us: students impacted by a LET show learning gains more than 60% higher than their peers. In just five months, these children achieve what would typically take 1.2 years in the current education system. This means more students are reading, writing, thinking critically—and dreaming bigger.
Your contribution hasn’t just had impact—it’s had smart impact.
This year, we’ve maximized every dollar. The cost per student has dropped from $20 to $16, not because we cut corners, but because we scaled with intention. We’ve grown our network of LETs, optimized our operations, and ensured that every cent possible goes directly into classrooms, not overhead.
You are part of a movement that’s reshaping public education in Ecuador. And we’re just getting started.
Thank you for believing in the power of local leadership and in the promise of every child. Together, we’re not just changing schools—we’re transforming futures.
With deep gratitude,
Gustavo Ruiz
