Greetings from Vidya Poshak, We are in the third cycle completing Employment Readiness Program. During the first two years we could achieve 75% of Success. This year we aim for a higher success rate.
The objective of Employment readiness program is to prepare the Rural students in final year graduation to start their Career by providing necessary Life Skills and Soft Skills.
Following is the key highlights
1. Overal 5 Residential Skill Trainings were conducted for about 220 students who were in the Final year graduation
2. The main focus is on the Interview skills, Group Discussion, Communicative English, Aptitude, Resume writing, Motivation, Presentation skill and Communication skill
3. Also the follow-up training is done through weekly tests using Mobile and Internet technology
4. Follow-up sessions are arranged once in a month in our Libraries where the students could come and attend those sessions.
5. Job related updates and informations are provided to the students through our blogs
