Most of the students lack confidence and skills because of their socio-economic background, which prevents them from performing well in the selection process/interviews as well as in any public appearance.
Vidya Poshak has been organizing RBCs for the student community since 2007 to bridge the skill and knowledge gap and mold the personality of the participant students. Attending these camps addresses and corrects these shortcomings and enables the students to succeed in getting gainful employment.
So far Vidya Poshak has successfully organized 169 camps covering 9380 trainees.
The efforts continued through the year 2018 as well producing once again encouraging results. A total of 463 students, 177 boys and 286 girls, were trained through 10 RBCs.
Apart from residential bridge camp Vidya Poshak has also organized skill training programs in different education institutions. During the academic year 250+ students were trained through various skill programs.
The students were trained with the focus on the improvement following skills.
