Skill Training Updates June & July 2018

For the students who have completed their first year degree program the first module of the employment readiness program was conducted in two simultaneous residential skill training program is organized between 23^rd June – 29^th June 2018. The students were trained with the focus on the improvement following skills.

Presentation & Communication Skills
Adaptability
English Language Improvement Program
Ethics & Values
Leadership skills
Team Building
Career Opportunities & Emerging trends in industry

More than 100 students got benefited through this program, also followup training will be conducted on a monthly basis for them.

Prominent objectives of the camps:

To facilitate students to be more successful in personal and professional life
To instill confidence through interactive life skills workshops, develop self esteem and enabling to get rid of inferiority complex
To encourage development of English communication
To promote the idea that each student can become a leader
To bridge the gap between the formal education and demands of meaningful career
To assist the students to set and achieve desired career goals
To enlighten the students on their rights and responsibilities including social responsibility.
