Summary

As we approach 2 million Corona Virus related deaths worldwide, people are beginning to understand the severity of this second wave of the pandemic. As most of us are taking the advice and precautions from governments not everyone on earth has access to the essential information, resources and support needed to fight this virus and many communities in lockdown are struggling from a lack of income and hunger. Our goal is to provide emergency care, resources and food parcels to those in need

Challenge

Our struggles with the virus are far from over, as we begin the new year many countries are becoming crippled by the second wave and reinforced lockdowns that governments have imposed. Whilst a few people can continue to work from home, there are many living below the poverty line who have lost their homes and are struggling to feed their families due to the lost income. This is no the only problem for these communities as the lack of funding results in a lack of access to healthcare and support

Solution

Our team is working remotely and are available around the clock to ensure all our projects are doing everything we can to support the local communities. Working with each project we will assess and provide projects with critical resources to tackle the virus and put in measures for the project to survive long term. A gift to this project will directly fund the emergency resources, food parcels and other urgent relief measures as well as assist people in rebuilding their lives and communities.

Long-Term Impact

We know that this is not a quick fix as the virus has been destroying lives for a year! This unforeseen pandemic has affected lives all over the world and our goal with this project is to provide relief to communities in need as well as the critical supplies required to fight the virus. Currently using all reserves to survive the lockdown our project aim is to ensure that we support all projects to be able to resume and continue their work into the future.
