The Work Continues - 26 Trans or Gay People Moved To Safety

By Anne Ogborn | Director

During the period from January 2026 to July 2026 Trans Rescue assisted 26 people from different dangerous countries to find safety in other lands. This included 12 Trans people and a 3 Gay men from the Middle East. We don't reveal individual countries for the security of our passengers.

The work has been made more difficult by the ongoing US war against Iran.

We do not publish photos of our clients by policy.

Besides this work, we have published a book, "How To Get Out", for trans people escaping the USA. We have assisted hundreds of trans people leaving the USA and UK.

We have also coordinated the release of 20 Trans women from Luzira Upper Prison in Uganda.

Thank you all for your support in this work. We continue to do it.
