This quarter, our entire focus has been on building the infrastructure to deliver aid the instant resources allow:

• Activated coordination with trusted local partners in Lebanon to identify the most vulnerable displaced families and confirm priority distribution sites.
• Mapped urgent needs on the ground — food packages, hygiene kits, blankets, and essential supplies — so relief reaches families living in shelters and temporary housing without delay.
• Prepared a phased distribution plan so aid begins immediately as funding thresholds are reached, with transparent tracking from the very first delivery.
