Joy Foundation Pakistan plans to support 100 rain affected children in Toba Tek Singh. These children need support for medical issues and nutrition. Joy Foundation aims to provide them with the given facilities as during these severe rains in Pakistan children are the most affected of all. Flu and fever have become very common in children during the rains and the poor families cannot afford proper nutrition and medical facilities for their children. Joy Foundation will support these children.
Torrential rain and thunderstorms since 20 August caused damage and fatalities in Punjab Province, Pakistan. The most affected are the poor families who do not have sufficient facilities to support their children in this weather. They do not have any facilities for a proper medical aid and neither for proper nutrition for their children. The poor people have still not settled properly from the on-going COVID-19 pandemic and the rains have caused more problems for them, specifically for children.
Joy Foundation has identified 100 poor children who have been affected by the severe monsoon rains during the past few days in Toba Tek Singh. Many children have been affected during this season with flu, fever and cold. The parents cannot afford their treatments and proper nutrition for them that could keep their children healthy and immune to seasonal diseases. Joy Foundation will provide these children with enough medical aid and proper nutrition that will support them for at least a month.
The project will provide medical aid and proper nutrition to 100 children who have been affected with the torrential monsoon rainfall. This will help them overcome the seasonal diseases and provide them proper nutrition during the monsoon season. These children will have a healthy monsoon season with all the required nutritional and medical needs fulfilled by Joy Foundation. We aim to provide relief to the most neglected, most in need and those who are severely affected by the torrential rains.
