In the last five years, Greece has faced some of the most devastating wildfires and floods in its history. Families have lost their homes. Children have lost their schools. Communities have lost their safety.
When the flames burn out and the waters recede, what remains is not just destruction—it is human lives shattered, people left without shelter, and children traumatized by loss.
WHAT WE Do ? we BRING PEOPLE TO SAFE SHELTERS our HUG POINTS

has been transfered with an ambulance to our HUG POINTS , in Athens , where after 4 months of intensive care, she recovered .She is safe.
KID & FAMILY is on the ground, providing:
Safe shelter for families who lost their homes
Warm meals and clothing for children in crisis
Psychological support through our HUG Mental Health Network
Community rebuilding programs to restore dignity and hope

THE MOST CRUCIAL PROBLEMS in Greece due to the finacial war we face and the climat are:

1 Demographic Support – Stronger Families, Brighter Future
Problem: Greece’s low birth rate, youth migration, and family insecurity.
Initiatives:
Family Relief Hubs (FRHs): Expand centers offering food, childcare, and parental counseling in high-need areas.
Mother & Child Wellness Program: Free medical, psychological, and nutritional support for expecting and new mothers.
“Stay in Greece” Program: Scholarships and community support to encourage young families not to emigrate.
3-Year Goals:
15 new Family Relief Hubs.
1,000 mothers supported with care packages & counseling.
500 young families retained through scholarships & aid.
2 Human Capital & Innovation – Educating the Next Generation
Problem: Limited innovation, low productivity, weak skills pipeline.
Initiatives:
After-School Learning Clubs: Tutoring in STEM, arts, and languages for children in vulnerable families.
Youth Empowerment Labs: Workshops on digital skills, entrepreneurship, and creativity.
Mentor Network: Connect professionals with disadvantaged youth for guidance and opportunities.
3-Year Goals:
5,000 children supported with free tutoring.
300 youth trained in digital/entrepreneurial skills.
100 mentors matched with students.
3 Climate & Social Resilience – Safe Families, Safe Communities
Problem: Increasing wildfires, floods, and weak family protection.
Initiatives:
Emergency Family Aid Teams: Rapid-response teams providing food, shelter, and trauma care after disasters.
Eco-Education for Kids: School gardens, sustainability lessons, and community tree-planting events.
Green Healing Spaces: Convert unused land into community gardens for food, therapy, and social bonding.
3-Year Goals:
20 emergency response units ready nationwide.
10,000 children involved in eco-education projects.
50 community gardens established.
4 Mental Health Backbone – HUG Mental Health Network
Expand the HUG network of volunteer psychologists, doctors, and social workers.
Provide free online & in-person therapy for survivors of abuse, disaster victims, and children in need.
Establish HUG Points in every Family Relief Hub.
3-Year Goals:
1,000+ volunteer professionals engaged.
20,000 therapy sessions delivered free of charge.
Nationwide coverage with 25 HUG Points.
