Hunger is placing children and mothers in Karamoja, northeastern Uganda, at serious risk. An estimated 673,000 people are facing severe food insecurity, while children under five and pregnant and breastfeeding women are particularly vulnerable to malnutrition.
Dry spells, crop failures, and rising food prices have made it increasingly difficult for families to obtain adequate food. When mothers cannot access nutritious meals, their health suffers, and young children face greater risks to their growth and development.
Good Cause Foundation is seeking support to provide emergency food assistance to vulnerable families, prioritizing children, pregnant women, and breastfeeding mothers.
Our Priorities
Help vulnerable families access essential food supplies.
Prioritize children and mothers at greatest risk.
Raise awareness about nutrition and the dangers of malnutrition.
Work with community leaders and local partners to reach those in need.
Be Part of the Solution
Your generosity can help families facing hunger access essential food and give vulnerable children and mothers renewed hope.
Please donate and share this appeal with friends, colleagues, and your wider network. Together, we can protect lives and help build healthier communities in Karamoja.
