Help Communities Respond to Food Insecurity

Food insecurity affects more than what a family eats. It can place pressure on household finances, livelihoods, and the ability of parents to provide for their children.

Good Cause Foundation Uganda is working to support vulnerable families and communities facing food insecurity, including communities in Karamoja and other underserved areas of Uganda.

We seek donations to provide immediate food packages to households experiencing hunger. This assistance can help families meet essential food needs during difficult periods.

Our approach also includes longer-term agricultural support. Seeds, practical farming skills, agricultural knowledge, and appropriate resources can help families strengthen household food production and become more resilient.

Objectives:

To support communities affected by food insecurity.
To provide immediate food relief to vulnerable families.
To reach households in Karamoja and other underserved areas.
To provide seeds and agricultural resources.
To strengthen farming and food-production skills.
To promote sustainable household food security.
To mobilize donors and partners to expand community support.
