Food insecurity can leave families vulnerable to repeated periods of hunger. Providing immediate food assistance is important, but supporting families to strengthen their own food-production capacity can help create a more sustainable pathway forward.
Good Cause Foundation Uganda is working to support vulnerable households across Uganda, including communities in Karamoja and other underserved areas.
Through donations, we seek to provide food packages to families facing urgent shortages. We also aim to support agricultural activities through seeds, farming knowledge, practical training, and appropriate productive resources.
This combined approach can help address immediate hunger while supporting families as they work toward greater resilience and food security.
Objectives:
Help us support families through today's hunger while building their capacity to face tomorrow with greater food security.
