Hunger can place vulnerable families under immense pressure. When a household cannot access enough food, parents may struggle to provide meals for their children and meet other basic needs.
Good Cause Foundation Uganda is seeking support to reach families facing food insecurity, including vulnerable communities in Karamoja and other underserved areas of Uganda.
Our immediate focus is to provide food packages to families experiencing urgent hunger. At the same time, we want to support longer-term food security through seeds, agricultural knowledge, farming skills, and appropriate resources.
Objectives:
Provide food packages to families facing immediate hunger.
Reach vulnerable households in Karamoja and other underserved communities.
Support families with seeds and agricultural resources.
Strengthen farming and food-production skills.
Promote sustainable household food security.
Build family resilience and self-reliance.
Mobilize donors and partners to reach more families.
