Hunger can affect the wellbeing and stability of an entire family. When households cannot access sufficient food, parents may struggle to meet basic needs while children can face difficult conditions at home and in school.
Good Cause Foundation Uganda is appealing for support to reach vulnerable families facing food insecurity across Uganda, including communities in Karamoja and other underserved areas.
Our approach combines immediate assistance with longer-term support. Food packages can help families during periods of urgent need, while seeds, agricultural training, farming skills, and productive resources can create opportunities for families to improve their own food production.
We believe that responding to hunger should include both compassion for today's crisis and investment in tomorrow's resilience.
Objectives:
We invite compassionate supporters to stand with us as we reach families in need.
Together, we can fight hunger today while helping families build the capacity to produce food tomorrow.
