For a vulnerable family, hunger can make every day uncertain. A food package can provide immediate relief, but sustainable food security requires opportunities that enable families to produce and access food over time.
Good Cause Foundation Uganda is working to address both sides of this challenge. We seek to provide immediate food assistance to vulnerable families while supporting agricultural opportunities that can contribute to longer-term food security.
Our work aims to reach underserved communities across Uganda, including communities in Karamoja where families may face serious food-security challenges.
With donor support, food packages can help families experiencing immediate hunger. At the same time, seeds, agricultural knowledge, farming skills, and appropriate resources can help households improve their ability to produce food and strengthen their livelihoods.
Objectives:
We are sincerely thankful to everyone who has supported vulnerable families through generosity and compassion. We invite more donors and partners to join us in expanding this work.
Your donation can help a family survive today's crisis while helping create the possibility of a more secure tomorrow.
