For a family facing hunger, a food package can mean the difference between going without a meal and having something to eat. But lasting food security requires more than emergency assistance.
Good Cause Foundation Uganda is working to support vulnerable families in Uganda, including underserved communities in Karamoja, by combining immediate food relief with longer-term agricultural support.
Through the generosity of donors, we hope to provide food packages to families experiencing urgent need while also supporting access to seeds, farming skills, agricultural knowledge, and other resources that can help families produce food.
Objectives:
To provide nutritious food assistance to vulnerable families facing immediate hunger.
To reach underserved families in Karamoja and other vulnerable8 communities in Uganda.
To provide seeds and agricultural resources that can support household food production.
To equip families with practical farming skills and knowledge.
To promote sustainable household food security and resilience.
To create opportunities for vulnerable families to strengthen their livelihoods.
To mobilize donors and partners to support both emergency relief and sustainable food-security solutions.
We are grateful to every donor whose generosity helps us respond to families in need. We now invite more compassionate supporters to join us.
Your donation can provide food for today, seeds for tomorrow, and hope for a stronger future.
