Rescue Families From Acute Hunger in Karamoja

For families facing hunger, immediate food assistance can make an enormous difference. In vulnerable communities, including parts of Karamoja and other underserved areas of Uganda, families may struggle to secure enough food while also facing limited livelihood opportunities.
Good Cause Foundation Uganda is appealing for support to help vulnerable households meet their immediate food needs and build pathways toward greater food security.
A food package can provide a family with meals during a difficult period. At the same time, seeds, agricultural training, farming skills, and other appropriate support can help households develop their capacity to produce food.
We believe that meaningful support should address both today's needs and tomorrow's possibilities.
Objectives:
To provide immediate food relief to families experiencing hunger.
To reach vulnerable households in Karamoja and other underserved communities across Uganda.
To provide seeds and agricultural inputs where appropriate.
To strengthen household knowledge and skills in food production.
To encourage sustainable household food production and resilience.
To create opportunities for families to become more self-reliant.
To mobilize resources and partnerships for vulnerable communities.
